**Terms and Conditions**
DUE TO OUR DESIGNS BEING CUSTOM MADE DEZZY DESIGNZ DOES NOT OFFER FULL REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT! Time and hard work goes into our dresses and it will be more than unfair to our team
Customer agrees that all products on the website are exclusively designed by DEZZY DESIGNZ and are not permitted for redistribution or resale as your own.
Production and Shipping Times
- Customer understands that PRODUCTION time (25-35(45) Business days) for gowns and 15-30 business days for other designs and SHIPPING times (Depends on what is paid for at checkout) are not the same.
- Customer Understands that ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE PRODUCTION STARTS! Customers will have up to the next day to cancel an order.
- Customer agrees that by purchasing our products, custom gown designs can take anywhere between 25-35 business days. There are cases if the season is busy such as prom, graduation and etc 15 business days can be added to this time making it 45. If applicable, a design labeled as "ready to ship" implies immediate availability and can be shipped same day or next business day (depending on shipping method chosen at checkout).
- Customer understands that Dezzy Designz offers a 25-45 business day production time guarantee. If dress is not finished by the 45th day Dezzy Designz will ONLY THEN offer a full refund.
- Customer Understands that Dezzy Designz DOES NOT offer RUSH orders! Paying for EXPRESS SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT does not mean dresses will be shipped in 1-2 days unless it is a "Ready to Ship" item. This means that after production is finished we will ship out the dress with an express shipping method.
- Customer Understands in instances where production extends close to or beyond a customer's specified need date, Dezzy Designz will still dispatch items according to the shipping method selected during checkout. As previously mentioned, we strongly advise customers to place orders at least two months in advance to preempt such situations. We proactively engage with customers to present express shipping alternatives should their need date be approaching or passed. Customers have the right to decline and proceed with their initial chosen shipping method.
- Customer understands By purchasing from Dezzy Designz, customers acknowledge that our dresses are crafted according to a XS-3X size scale. While we endeavor to ensure accurate sizing, individual fit and proportion may vary. Therefore, customers accept that Dezzy Designz cannot be held liable for dresses not meeting personal fit preferences. This understanding is crucial prior to making a purchase, and customers agree to these terms.
During Production:
Customer Understands that Dezzy Designz is not obligated to send daily or weekly updates on the status of the client's order. If clients/ customers would like updates, please email us at: Info@dezzydesignz.com
Customer Understands that Dezzy Designz does not send pictures or videos of dress during the production process.
Customer Understands that when selecting color options for their dress, it is crucial to provide precise specifications for both fabric and appliue. While Dezzy Designz offers a variety of colors for different fabrics like velvet, satin silk, sequin, etc., it's important to note that the shade you envision may differ from our available options. Dezzy Designz will not be held responsible if the color does not meet your exact expectations. Should you anticipate potential discrepancies, we encourage you to email us at info@dezzydesignz.com with an inspiration picture for color verification. Please understand that due to the high volume of orders, we do not proactively reach out to customers regarding their color selections.
Need Date:
Customer understands and agrees that the specified need date provided by customer helps Dezzy Designz cater to customer requirements, yet it may not always be achievable/ guaranteed. It is used as a GUIDELINE! Dezzy Designz Is not responsible if customer's order does not arrive by Customers need date! Customer must order ACCORDING to their need date, allowing enough time for potential exchange. Dezzy Designz highly recommends 3 months before their need date. Dezzy Designz will not offer a refund if customer order does not get to them by the time they need.
Changes to a purchase
Customers understands that Dezzy Designz allows modifications or changes to dress orders within a 48-hour window from the time of order placement. Beyond this timeframe, Dezzy Designz cannot accommodate any further alterations or additions. Production starts within 1-2 business days following the order placement to make sure customers receive in a timely manner.
REFUNDS:
- Customer understands and agrees to our refund and return policy. Refunds are given on a CASE BY CASE Basis. All refunds should either be: Faulty items, Incorrect Items or Incorrect size. All other returns are subjected to STORE CREDIT!
- Customer understands that they WILL NOT receive a full refund (if applicable) if the design is still in their possession or has been WORN!
- Customer understands that if their design is faulty (rips, stains or minor tears), Dezzy Designz will offer a full-refund ONLY if the dress is returned. If customer decides to keep the design in this state Dezzy Designz is not responsible for providing a full-refund. If applicable Dezzy Designz will only provide UP TO a $40 refund for the inconvenience. Dezzy Designz has a team of seamstress and will not cover cost for "outside" seamstress. (Excluding designs on sale)
- Customer agrees and understands ALL timeframes and deadlines. If customer is requesting a return or refund, customer MUST notify our customer support team within 24-48 hours of receiving package, attaching clear images and a description of the issue. If refund or return is approved, customer must accept within 2 days and will have 2 days to drop off package to post office. This is a total of 4 days after approval.If customer rejects initial case approval, there will be nothing further Dezzy Designz can do and their case will be closed. Once cases are closed they are unable to reopened. Anything passed either deadline will be rejected. Please read return policy for more information.
- Customer Understands that Dezzy Designz reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the stipulated criteria.
Delivery Claims:
- Customer Understands that all packages only come with $50-$100 insurance. If customer would like to add insurance please email info@dezzydesignz.com
- Customer Understands that customers are entitled to up to three exchanges; after this, a store credit will be automatically processed
- Customer agrees and understands Dezzy Designz is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
- Customer Understands that once Dezzy Designz Team hands over items to the post office, we no longer have control over potential delays in delivery or the shipping process.
CUSTOMER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS Should you choose to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute, you acknowledge that legal action will be pursued, and your banking institution will be promptly informed about the detailed nature of the fraudulent activity.
