At Dezzy Designz, we take pride in offering you beautifully crafted "made to order" dresses that are tailored to your specifications. As each dress is individually created for you, we have carefully formulated the following return/exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction and convenience.
DEZZY DESIGNZ HAS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY ONLY STORE CREDIT!
**1. Store Credit for Returns:**
Due to the unique nature of our "made to order" dresses, we are unable to offer full refunds for returned items. Instead, we provide customers with a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item. This store credit can be used towards future purchases from our store.
**2. Eligibility for Refunds:**
Refunds are available ONLY under specific circumstances and on a case-by-case basis. The following scenarios are eligible for refunds:
a. **Faulty Items:** If you receive a dress with manufacturing defects or significant quality issues, we will gladly offer a full refund ONCE THE DESIGN IS RETURNED BACK TO US and HAS NOT BE WORN. Dezzy Designz is not liable to provide customers with full refunds if the designs is still in the customers possession. Please reach out to our customer support team within 24-48 hours of receiving the item, providing clear images and a description of the issue. Anything past this time will not be considered.
b. **Incorrect Size:** If you receive a dress that does not match the size you ordered, you can request a refund. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will guide you through the return process. This only applies if the wrong size was sent to you. REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY ONCE THE DRESS IS RETURNED AND HAS NOT BE WORN! If you ordered a dress and it does not fit, we will not provide a refund only store credit. We take pride in our designs and a lot of time goes into making them. This is why we HIGHLY RECOMMEND our customers purchase 30-45 business days ahead of their need date incase of situations like this. This gives customers time to exchange or alter their dresses.
c. **Incorrect Item:** In the event that you receive a dress different from the one you ordered, we will arrange a refund. REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED ONCE THE DRESS IS RETURNED AND HAS NOT BEEN WORN! Please notify our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item.
**3. Return Procedure:**
To initiate a return/exchange kindly follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at info@dezzydesignz.com within 2 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs if applicable.
b. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process if your case meets the eligible criteria. Email us for a return or log into your return portal for a self-return. Please keep in mind there will be a $5 fee for the return label. You will log into the website with the email address that was used for your order. From here you will go to your order details and press "Request Return". From here your return process will begin.
c. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item. YOU WILL HAVE 2 DAYS to accept the return and another 2 days to drop your package off to the post office. After the 4 days are up, we will no longer consider your return/exchange or refund request if applicable. If customer rejects the initial approved case, their case will be closed and cannot be reopened.
d. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit for eligible cases or arrange a refund if applicable. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

**4. Non-Refundable Situations:**
Please note that items returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects, incorrect size, or incorrect item may not be eligible for a refund. This includes issues related to personal preference, color variations, and minor differences from the product images.
We will provide a STORE CREDIT, that can be used on all items and future purchases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can begin the exchange. Customers are allowed 3 exchanges, after this will be automatically process a store credit.
Should you choose to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute, you acknowledge that legal action will be pursued, and your banking institution will be promptly informed about the detailed nature of the fraudulent activity
